Master/Bachelor of science

Experience of using microscope is preferred. Other lab experience preferred buy not must.

Job description
A. On farm/ Clinic work
Routine QC and maintenance of lab equipment
Proper handling and storage of media
Preparatory work for embryo/oocyte collection
Assist veterinarians in embryo/oocyte collection
Search, evaluate, grade oocytes and embryos
Processing of bull semen for fertilization
Fertilization of oocytes
Culture of zygotes
Evaluation and grading of day 6 and day 7 embryos
Loading and shipping of fresh embryos in shipping incubators
Slow freezing or vitrification of embryos
Unloading fresh embryos from the shipping tubes and loading the ET guns
Thawing frozen embryos and loading the ET guns for the veterinarians to do the transfers
Keeping inventory of frozen semen doses (FSDs) and frozen embryos
Keeping inventory of lab supplies, media and consumables
Order materials as per the requirement
B. Field work
Set up temporary embryology lab in the field
Search oocytes/embryos
Handle fresh or frozen embryos for transfers
Assist veterinarian in the fieldwork

Be willing to travel and do overnight stays for field work
